We are delighted to reminisce about the amazing time we had at "FLATS FEST" last year! It was a day filled with unforgettable memories, family-friendly activities, and an artisan market curated by MADE IN THE 604 - Local Markets.
📅 Date: August 26, 2023 🕑 Time: 2pm-6pm 📍 Location: 565 Great Northern Way
The Amazing folks at Low Tide Properties, who we partnered with for this market, hosted the Flats Fest and transformed the plazas of 565 Great Northern Way & Emily Carr University into a lively celebration. Let's take a stroll down memory lane:
🎶 Entertainment Zone: Attendees enjoyed live music and relaxed in the beer garden outside Nemesis Coffee.
🛍️ Artisan Market: The pedestrian spine between 565 Great Northern Way and Emily Carr was buzzing with amazing small business vendors, carefully curated by Made in the 604.
👧👦 Kids Zone: Little ones gathered in Emily Carr Plaza for a special screening of a kids' movie, cozy bean-bag seating, and a variety of treats and crafts.
🍔🚚 Food Trucks: Carolina Street was filled with delicious aromas from food trucks offering tasty bites and exciting giveaways.
It was truly a fantastic family-friendly day in East Vancouver!
And the highlight? Our Made in the 604 Artisan Market featured an incredible lineup of vendors, including:
